Snap Specs 4 – with a display.

We’re getting a step or leap closer to consumer AR glasses. This is the first Snap Spectacles with a display. Some of the hardware tech team comes from Daqari. The tech stack from body tracking to object detection is strong.

“Short video from Cubic Motion presents a debug-view of eye-tracking from within a VR headset. Why is eye-tracking important? There are several useful possibilities – graphics are optimized through the lenses based on where you look, you can make selections in menus, and your avatar can present your gaze to other players”

The apartment is available immediately.

We have 24/7 security, you can call them via the intercom to hold a taxi for you so you don’t have to wait outside. The restaurants nearby also deliver (the Japanese place is my fav).

My landlord has this apartment available for immediate move in, he’s really kind to his tenants and helps them get settled. I’ve lived in this building for 3 months and really like the life so I just resigned.

It’s a good location with expats and local Chinese. The landlord is Chinese but speaks perfect English as he lived in the US for uni and work. The landlord keeps his apartments in good condition and lives in the same building. I’m not a broker but am just helping my landlord out. This apartment will probably be taken within a week. I am not looking for a roommate, I live upstairs. This apt is all for you. Please do contact me if interested.

Cheers,

Sam
